ReserveItLocal provides an online reservation platform that allows municipalities and organizations to manage reservations for facilities, parks, pavilions, athletic fields, community spaces, and other reservable assets.

Municipalities are responsible for managing their own reservable assets, schedules, pricing, policies, cancellations, and operational procedures.

Residents are responsible for ensuring reservation details are accurate at the time of booking.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Municipalities maintain ownership and control of their Stripe accounts. Reservation payments are processed through the municipality's Stripe account before applicable convenience fees are distributed. ReserveItLocal does not directly hold municipal funds.

ReserveItLocal may charge convenience or platform fees associated with reservations processed through the platform. Convenience fees and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Reservations are automatically confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Municipalities are responsible for determining facility availability, usage policies, and operational requirements.

Residents must contact the municipality directly regarding cancellations or refund requests. Municipalities are responsible for determining refund eligibility and handling refund approvals. When refunds are issued, convenience fees and payment processing fees may not be refundable.

Users agree not to misuse the platform, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use ReserveItLocal for unlawful purposes.

ReserveItLocal strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Platform maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party service interruptions may occasionally impact availability.

Use of ReserveItLocal is also governed by the ReserveItLocal Privacy Policy.

Municipalities retain ownership of their operational reservation data. ReserveItLocal administrators may access data for support, onboarding, troubleshooting, reporting, and operational purposes.

ReserveItLocal is provided on an "as-is" basis. ReserveItLocal is not responsible for municipal operational decisions, facility conditions, weather events, reservation disputes, user behavior, or indirect damages resulting from use of the platform.

ReserveItLocal may modify platform features, functionality, pricing structures, or services over time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

ReserveItLocal may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
